A Night With 9290

The evening will consist of a social hour, to engage in great conversation over light refreshmemts. But don't get too full, we will then start our 4 course dining experience shortly after. This experience will include a choice of appetizer, a salad, and choice of entree, side and dessert.

Appetizers:

• Fried green tomato topped with a warm fire roasted corn salsa and 9290 Remoulade

• Crab cake on a bed of crispy shoestring onions topped with 9290 Remoulade

Salad:

• BBK - A mix of thinly shredded brussel sprouts, bacon & kale, topped with red onion, dried cranberries and parmesan cheese with a honey dijon mustard dressing.

Entrees:

• Fried catfish on a bed of cheesy polenta, topped with crawfish cream sauce or creamy Tuscan sauce w/spinach

• Double bone in pork chop w/mandarine orange glaze topped with bacon jam on bed of parsnip puree

Sides:

• Parmesan roasted asparagus & cherry tomatoes

• Crispy honey butter brussel sprouts

Desserts:

• Vanilla cheesecake with mixed berry compote and mascarpone whipped cream

• Pineapple carrot cake
