A Night Under The Stars

Dear friends,

It's almost time for our annual backyard cinema event, A Night Under The Stars! This year will be Take 7! I can assure you that you will very likely, like usual, not have seen this film. It is a very dear one to me, which I trust and hope you will be deeply moved by.

Feel free to come down from 4pm to help set up or 7:30pm when we open doors. The film will start likely at 8pm when it gets darker.

Remember to bring some warm clothes just in case it gets cold, some snacks for yourself and a cheerful attitude so you can connect with friends of mine you might not have met before. I will, like usual, provide some seating, some snacks and drinks, some blankets, local cinema popcorn.

Remember, there is on-street parking, an empty lot next door and some parking over at the bottleshop and local shops at the roundabout.

There will be a raffle this year to help us pay for this event. There will be tickets sold this time as well via this website. The ticket is your raffle and we'll pull out of a hate a name in the intermission period of the film :) This is all to help to run at such a loss for the event. Thank you to a lot of you have in the last year that have invited and encouraged me to do so - as well as the other ways in which many of you have helped. This year's event has cost me a particularly large amount to put on - so feel loved :)
