When you get here you must sign in. Please don't give the volunteers any issues at the sign in table. This is how I account for who came to the event since this is a corporate sponsorship. This is also how you will get your swag bag and voting tickets.
Be on time if you want to vote for who you think will win select categories. Prizes will be given out at the end and they usually range between $50-$100 value although there is no set gift value. 3pm sharp is when voting starts and it ends at 4pm. (no voting after the awards start)
We will give out Swag bags to the 1st 100 guests. (if you want to donate swag for the bag from your business please have it to me by Feb 27th at my office 1751 Willamette Falls Drive, West Linn OR 97068. We will be stuffing bags on Friday the 28th) smaller items please as the bags are only 6x8. We always have great swag at this event so you will want to be early to get your bag. No guarantee of a bag after the 1st 100 guests.
PLEASE RSVP - the venue needs to know how much staff to have and Lance and I will be providing appetizers. CJ's will have a limited menu and there will be a no host bar with specialty drinks for the occasion.

There will be a NO host bar and Lance & I will be providing appetizers. CJ's will also offer a limited menu for guest to order additional food. We are working on an after party...more details to come.
Dress- Red Carpet worthy dress. Gowns, Cocktail dresses, Suits, Tuxedos are all appropriate.
As usual we will be giving you tickets at the door after you sign in so that you can participate in voting for the winners. The 1st hour is so you can visit each sponsor and vote for who you think will win each category. At the end of the Oscars... stick around because each sponsor will draw a ticket out of the box from the winner of their category to win a prize.

Parking is limited so please carpool or Uber in if you can.
