Celebrate Solidarity and Resistance at Mother of Exiles, hosted by Berkeley Rep in partnership with Fall of Freedom, a nationwide movement uniting artists and communities against threats to free expression and democracy. This evening invites our community to gather in unity and strength, celebrating the stories and voices that continue to shape our shared future. Explore offerings from Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation, California Migration Museum, and Revolution Books. Enjoy delicious light bites from Understory as stories from East Bay Sanctuary Covenant, dance performances from Bay Area Independent Chinese Dancers, conversation, and connection animate the courtyard ahead of the 8pm performance of Mother of Exiles. Doors open at 6:45pm.
