We’re joining relatives throughout Turtle Island and coming together for A Night of Remembrance.
An Orange Shirt Day gathering and candlelight vigil to honor and stand with Boarding School Survivors as they head into what can be a heavy and difficult day as they relive their experiences. A space to come together and remember the children that never made it home, a place for togetherness, truth, and community care.
We will have a limited number of candles available for relatives attending the vigil.
Wear orange is you are able 🧡
And please consider bringing stuffed animals, flowers, candles, and items for the memorial that will be displayed in front of the Every Child Matters Mural in Bismarck’s Art Alley this Orange Shirt Day.
