A Night of Poetry & Live Music with Melissa Myers

For over a decade, Melissa has played an active role within the Central Florida Community. From revitalizing neighborhoods to protesting for those whose voices often go unheard, Melissa has been on the front lines. Throughout this pandemic, Melissa spearheaded food drives, advocated for improved treatment of Ocoee Firefighters, and partnered with the Ocoee Police Department to bridge the gap between the community and rising social issues.

Melissa’s passion for her community prompted her to run for State Representative – District 45. “Let’s Put Our Passion Into Action” is a message that Melissa reverberates. No longer will we sit back and wait for what is due to us. Instead, our focus will be to put our PASSION INTO ACTION.
