A single song can evoke memories, stir feelings about past relationships, offer profound healing, or help us navigate current challenges. Music has the power to empower us, giving us the courage and strength to find our voice, embrace self-confidence, or find the capacity to forgive.

The Healing Circle Experience

During this healing circle, the playlist will feature songs chosen to help facilitate release and healing, or to help you embody the energy you wish to cultivate. These are songs you may have heard daily.  The experience will be unique for every individual, reflecting the diversity of our personal journeys.

Our core intention is simple: to promote relaxation, release tension, and encourage personal growth. We also invite a little fun! If the rhythm moves you, feel free to dance it out and allow that energy to flow right through you.
