A Night in Northern Germany

For ages 16 & up

As we look forward to cooler fall weather, we turn to Northern Germany and the region’s hearty, warming dishes. Working in small groups, you will expertly fry crispy breaded veal cutlets, learn how to whip up a tangy German potato salad and green beans with the expertise of an Oma, as well as a refreshing berry-filled dessert that’s beloved throughout the country. At the end of class, you’ll be able to sit and enjoy the meal you’ve made together.

Hands-on. For ages 16 & up.

21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of German wine or beer paired with the meal.

• Wiener Schnitzel Holstein (Crisp-fried Veal topped with a Fried Egg)
• Kartoffelsalat (Potato Salad)
• Grüne Speckbohnen (Green Beans)
• Rote Grütze (Red Fruit Dessert)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
