Tiffany Horne passed away unexpectedly from a seizure she suffered while sleeping . Tiffany a single mom has left behind 3 loving daughters and 2 beautiful grandchildren .
As we do in southie and as the Horne and Greeley family do . They are always involved in helping others . We are calling on friends and family help these kids financially get through these hard times
