Through embodied breathwork, sound healing, and intuitive energetic guidance, you will be supported in shedding old patterns, identities, and nervous system habits that no longer serve who you are becoming.

This experience honors depth without overwhelm and movement without urgency. It invites integration rather than effort.

You will be guided into a state where your body feels safe enough to soften, your heart feels steady enough to open, and your inner knowing can rise naturally.

This is a container of witnessing rather than fixing. Of remembering rather than striving. Of stepping forward without leaving yourself behind.

Yoga mats, blankets, bolster pillows and eye coverings are provided at Shanti Sound for your convenience. We recommend bringing a pillow and anything else you'd like for your maximum comfort. (We run short on blankets with larger class sizes).

Please bring a water bottle for refills in the lobby.

It is recommended to avoid eating heavy meals before this experience.

Do not consume alcohol or other controlled substances before this experience.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time. This will allow enough time for you to get settled so we can begin on time and maintain courtesy to all guests. There will be no refunds for no call/no show. Thank you in advance for your kindness and cooperation.
