Join London Women’s Clinic for a free fertility wellbeing workshop created especially for our patients. This in-person event brings together expert fertility nutrition guidance and an optional restorative yoga session to support you on your fertility preservation journey.

Fertility Nutrition Seminar (All Attendees Welcome)
The afternoon begins with an informative seminar led by Kirsten Mooring, Fertility Nutrition Specialist.

Kirsten will share practical, evidence-based tips and tools to help you prepare for fertility preservation treatment, including:

• Nutrition to support egg health
• Lifestyle preparation before treatment
• Simple, realistic changes you can implement straight away

We encourage all attendees to join this session.

Fertility & Prenatal Yoga Session (Limited Spaces)
Following the seminar, attendees may choose to stay for a 45-minute fertility-focused yoga session with Poppy, our Fertility & Prenatal Certified Yoga Instructor.

This gentle session will focus on:

• Restorative movement and relaxation
• Breathwork and stress support
• Nurturing the body during fertility preservation treatment

Yoga tools will be provided — arrive in comfortable clothing suitable for both rest and movement.
Changing facilities are available.

Please note: yoga spaces are limited and offered after the seminar.
