Sarah Maben, Ph.D., APR, is an assistant professor in the Strategic Communication Department at Texas Christian University’s Bob Schieffer College of Communication. Her research focuses on public relations, AI, organizational listening, and social media. She has taught communication courses for 20+ years after starting her career with industry experience. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of North Texas, master's degree from the University of Georgia, and undergraduate degree from Baylor University. She listens to Fate of Ophelia and Golden on repeat thanks to her Swiftie/KPop Demon Hunters-loving tween.

Caroline Conkle is the founder of and podcast host for Bands of DFW. She is also a master's student in the Strategic Communication Department at Texas Christian University’s Bob Schieffer College of Communication and the media coordinator for Hagar's Heart. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Alabama, where she also played collegiate Beach Volleyball.
