Join Tessa for a two-hour gathering designed to provide mothers with a peaceful and nurturing space to rest, reset, and reconnect, both with themselves and with one another. The event centres on mindful movement, meditation, and the space to share or simply be present in the company of other mothers, walking the path of motherhood.
Whether you are new to yoga or already have an established practice, this event offers a welcoming space to pause, breath, and rediscover your own rhythm. It is for every mother who craves stillness, self-reflection, and a chance to nourish her mind, body, and spirit.
