I’ve managed to tempt the wonderful Christine Wright out of retirement to come and offer a playful, two hour session of Anusara yoga at this beautiful venue near Chippenham, followed by a cup of tea and a catch-up!Christine’s playfully challenging and uplifting classes are the stuff of legend in this corner of Wiltshire! I’m thrilled she’s agreed to come out of retirement to offer this one-off class, followed by a chance to catch up with her over tea and cake in the beautiful, countryside setting of Goss Croft Hall.
For those of us veterans who know and love Christine’s style, this will be a rare opportunity to re-live our glory yoga days! Although she has agreed to be gentle with us, there will no doubt be a chance to revisit the old magic of a slightly stronger and energising practice.
For those of you who have never had the pleasure, but are tempted to explore your capacity just that little bit further, then this is definitely not to be missed.

You will need to bring:
A mat
2 x brick blocks
A Yoga Strap
A blanket
I will have spare kit on hand but please let me know in advance if you need to borrow anything.
