Immerse yourself in the gentle yet profound practice of Yin Yoga, where you'll experience deep stretches that target the connective tissues in the body. Through long-held poses, you'll release tension, increase flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner calm. Just to top it off, experience some gentle acupressure release points to complement the practice.

Following Yin Yoga, ease into the tranquil practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep. In this guided meditation, you'll embark on a journey of profound relaxation, allowing your body and mind to enter a state of deep rest while remaining fully conscious. Through systematic relaxation techniques, you'll release stress, enhance clarity, and tap into your inner wisdom.

Amy's calm tone and soothing presence create a supportive environment for you to fully engage in this transformative experience. Upon arrival, you will step into an oasis, surrounded by soft furnishings, essential oils for you to use, softly lit with fairy lights floating in the ceiling and serene sounds to welcome you for your experience.
