This December, Le Pristine Singapore ushers in the festive season with a limited-time Festive Tasting Menu, alongside celebratory brunch and supper buffets complemented by curated wine pairings — an ode to Chef Sergio Herman’s modern Italian sensibilities and Zeeland heritage.

Festive Tasting Menu 

3 to 19 December 2025, Wednesdays to Fridays

The Festive Tasting Menu unfolds with a refined progression of dishes, including the Irish Mór Oyster, pizzette with Japanese tomato and Cantabrian anchovy, scallop with sea buckthorn, monkfish with mussel and purple artichoke, and a choice between Beef Rossini or Le Pristine’s Signature Seafood Orecchiette. A chestnut dessert with soursop and eggnog offers a warm, seasonal finish.

Enhance the experience with a Gambero Rosso comprising foie gras, soursop and caviar (+SGD 35), or curated wine pairings (SGD 70 for three glasses; SGD 85 for four glasses) and a non-alcoholic pairing (SGD 45 for three glasses).

Christmas Eve Buffet, Christmas Day Brunch & Supper

24 to 25 December 2025, Wednesday & Thursday

Le Pristine’s beloved brunch and supper take on a festive flourish this Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day. Enjoy refined selections from the seafood bar, hearty seasonal dishes from the live stations, and an irresistible spread of festive desserts. 

Priced at SGD 180 per adult, with an optional SGD 80 beverage package featuring free-flow Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut Champagne, wines, beers, cocktails, and soft drinks.

New Year’s Eve

31 December 2025, Wednesday

Celebrate the evening with an indulgent dinner buffet from 7pm to 10.30pm, featuring a lavish exhibition of cold selections, an expansive seafood bar, live chef stations, and more. 

Priced at SGD 310 per adult, it includes endless tipples and access to The Supper Club, the New Year’s Eve Lobby Countdown Party.
