A Mindful Walk with Jeff Brazier and Revive Active

Fresh from his race around the world, Jeff Brazier, TV presenter, broadcaster and author, will be your walking and mindfulness guide for the day! Join him and for a mindful 5k walk in beautiful Southwark Park. Get involved in some mindful moments along the way and take home a wellness goody bag. This event is in partnership with the and your charity donation will support BMC's conservation projects across the UK 💚

This free event takes place a few days before World Mental Health Day, so a great time to show how making the most out of the outdoors, taking some exercise and talking to your fellow walkers can have a positive impact on your mental wellbeing. As well as some fun mindful moments around the 5k trail, you'll get the chance to sample some Revive Active supplements, learn about the conservation projects we're fundraising for and find out more about Jeff's own mindful journey and his use of meditation to improve his health and wellbeing. Plus, there'll be time to grab a selfie with Jeff!

Our mindful 5k walk will be accessible to everyone, as we will follow the flat paths around Southwark Park, and it will be at an easy pace for all members of the family (although dogs will have to stay at home for this one!)

Although this is a free event, we're asking for a donation which will go to the . They currently fund two amazing projects - Mend Our Mountains, which helps to restore important access routes to some of our most iconic peaks and climbing areas, and The Climate Project, which is actively fighting climate change, reducing flooding risk and protecting endangered species.
