The Masks We Wear
From an early age, men are taught to put on masks the strong one, the funny one, the tough one, the provider, the ladies’ man. These masks help us survive, fit in, and gain approval. But over time, they can disconnect us from our truth.
In this session, we’ll explore the masks we’ve worn, the cost of hiding behind them, and the freedom that comes with taking them off. Together, we’ll begin to uncover what lies beneath: the
authentic self that longs to be seen and accepted.
Through grounding practices, journaling, and honest conversation in a safe circle, we’ll begin the journey of uncovering and redefining masculinity together.
This group is for men who are ready to leave competition behind, embrace vulnerability, and step into brotherhood and healing.
October’s Circle: The Masks We Wear: Exploring the roles/identities men adopt to be accepted (provider, tough guy, ladies’ man, etc.)
