I will guide you in a Soothing Meditation for Relaxation. To bring the Mind, Body & Soul into Balance using Reiki Energy. Then we will flow into a Sound Bath Experience with crystal singing bowls & other sound instruments. The vibration carries rich, audible tones and invisible frequencies that penetrates all levels of our consciousness. This allows your body to release what is needed to allow the body to relax. Your Body will love you for it!
Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket if you wish to lay on the floor. Chairs are available if you wish. $20 at the door.
