Join us for Bi-Weekly Sessions, 9/30 to 10/23, Monday & Wednesday's from 9:30am-11:30am. A Matter of Balance: Students will participate in a program of physical training to assist in maintaining balance and coordination.
Held in the Rath Center at College Heights United Methodist Church (934 South Blvd. Lakeland, FL 33803).
Cost: FREE!
As sponsored by the Senior Connection Center and Our Area Agency on Aging, there is no cost to participate in “A Matter of Balance."
