Concerned about falling—or limiting your activities because of it? A Matter of Balance is an evidence-based program designed to help older adults improve balance, build confidence, and stay active.
This interactive class focuses on practical strategies to reduce fall risks while encouraging safe movement and independence.
You will learn to:
• View falls as controllable
• Set realistic goals for increasing activity
• Make changes to reduce fall risks at home
• Exercise to improve strength and balance
Who should attend?
• Anyone concerned about falls
• Anyone interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength
• Anyone who has fallen in the past
• Anyone who has restricted activities due to fear of falling
