Piedmont Columbus Regional and the River Valley Regional Commission Area Agency on Aging presents A Matter of Balance Class on February 4-March 25, 2025.Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities.
A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to manage falls
and increase activity levels. This 8-week course meets every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown Campus Conference Center.
