Confirmation: No tickets are provided. An email confirmation will be sent for all payments received. Cancellation: All cancellations will incur a $20 processing fee. NO REFUNDS after December 1st. Hotel Rooms: The hotel is currently offering a special rate for this event. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 12pm. A credit card is required to reserve a room. At check in, the hotel will hold an additional $75 per day for incidentals. This will be released upon check-out. Three or more per room will require an additional $20 per person fee. This is a NON-SMOKING hotel. Luxury by Design reserves the rights to utilize any photos taken and posted during the event.
