🎄 A Little Change. A Lot of Hope:
The 18¢ Advent Challenge
What can 18 cents do? More than you might think!
This Advent season, we're inviting our church family to join us in a simple way of giving back to our community.
Coopersville Cares and Pack It Up Coopersville rely on Feeding America West Michigan to help provide food for local families. Through the food bank, partner agencies pay 18 cents per pound in handling fees for many food items.
Our challenge is simple: Every 18 cents given equals 1 pound of food!
Over the four Sundays in Advent, we'll be collecting change each week in the marked collection bins at church. The Sunday after Christmas, we will celebrate how many pounds of food our donations will be able to buy to help feed our neighbors!
18 cents may not seem like much, but together, those small contributions can help provide access to thousands of pounds of food for our neighbors.
A little change can bring a lot of hope to our neighbors!
This Christmas, let's make a difference together! ❤️
