What is a life worth living?
Dharma practice gives us the tools to explore this question for ourselves. As we practice meditation and attend more fully to this life in the present moment, our appreciation for what it is and how we want to live opens up.
Join us for a half-day of meditation and mindfulness practice. Seth will offer a dharma talk and weather permitting we will do some outdoor meditation. The majority of the time will be spent in silent meditation.
