Kedves Mozogni Vágyók!
Idén nyáron itthon leszek, és arra gondoltam, tartok egy háromnapos kontakt improvizációs workshopot középhaladók számára, a következő kérdéskör mentén:
„A kontakt improvizáció a testek tárgyiasítása?”
Néhány kérdés, amely engem mostanában foglalkoztat, és amiket együtt is körbejárunk majd:
• Amikor táncolok, hol vagyok én? Egyáltalán: mi az az "én"?
• Ha határokat tartok, azok a testem határai, vagy az "én" határai – vagy mindkettő? Esetleg egyik sem?
• Ha azt mondom: testekkel táncolok, és nem Jóskával, Pistivel, Gizivel – mit jelent ez valójában?
• Hogyan kell "viselkedni" a kontakt improvizációs térben?
• A kontakt improvizáció tényleg nem formaalapú?
• És talán a legfontosabb: hogyan tudunk most, 2025-ben, ezzel a testtel, ezzel a lélekkel, ebben a társadalmi helyzetben improvizálni? Tudunk-e nyitottnak lenni, szabadnak maradni?
A workshop zárt csoportban indul, hogy biztonságos, mély és megtartó tér alakulhasson ki.
Részvételi díj: 40 000 – 20 000 Ft között.
Az árskála azért ilyen széles, mert szeretném, hogy az alkalom mindenki számára hozzáférhető legyen – miközben tisztában vagyok a társadalom anyagi megosztottságával.

Dear Movers,
This summer I’ll be staying in Hungary, and I’m excited to invite you to a three-day contact improvisation workshop for intermediate dancers, centered around the question:
“Is contact improvisation the objectification of bodies?”
Here are some of the questions that have been circling in me lately — and which I’d love to explore together:
• When I’m dancing, where am “I”? And what is this “I”, anyway?
• If I’m setting boundaries — are those the boundaries of my body, or of my self? Or both? Or neither?
• If I say I’m dancing with bodies and not with Jóska, Pisti, or Gizi — what does that actually mean?
• How are we “supposed” to behave in a contact improvisation space?
• Is contact improvisation really non-formal?
• And maybe most importantly: how can we improvise now, in 2025, with this body, this soul, in this social reality? Can we remain open and free? Are we able to?
This will be a closed-group workshop, allowing us to build a safe and deep container for shared experience.
Participation fee: 40,000 – 20,000 HUF
