This experiential workshop is your chance to explore where these two powerful paths meet. In a safe, structured, and facilitated environment, we’ll guide you through practices that combine presence, sensation, and intentional play.

This workshop is open to all levels of experience—from beginner to advanced. It’s also inclusive of all genders, bodies, and orientations.

You are welcome whether you come solo, as a couple, or with a partner/friend. You can participate actively or simply observe and learn—your boundaries will always be honored.

Practical Details

📍 Location: A private venue in Alexandria, VA (address shared upon registration)

🕐 Time: 1:00 – 5:00 PM

🥤 Bring: Water, a notebook if you like, comfortable clothes that allow movement. You may also bring props or accessories that support your exploration, though nothing is required.

🚫 Note: This is a sober, substance-free environment.
