Whether you’re new to the floor or a seasoned dancer, Lamarr’s energy and expertise will leave you smiling and ready to groove.
After the lesson, the awesome Don Schanaberger will set the tone for an unforgettable night, spinning tracks that invite you to move, connect, and celebrate the joy of dance.
Bring your friends, bring your spirit, and let’s share in the warmth of this cherished tradition. This Dancegiving is about celebrating the incredible community that feels like home—on and off the dance floor.
7:45 - The Newcomer Mixer
New to WCW? New to dancing? Have questions? We have a newcomer mixer right after the beginner lesson. This is where you can ask questions, review what you learned and meet veteran and new fellow dancers just like you! This week’s mixer will be hosted by some of our more experienced dance family members.
For the evening:
- Doors open at 6:45 PM;
- Lamarr will teach the beginner- and intermediate-level lessons;
- Don will be the guest DJ;
- The novice-level lesson starts at 7:00 PM; the intermediate-level lesson starts at 7:45 PM;
- The newcomer mixer goes from 7:45-8:30 PM;
- Open dancing will run from 8:30 - 11:00 PM;
