A Journey Within ~ PAYAPA ~ restorative yoga and sound bath

Join us for an in-person experience blending restorative yoga and a soothing sound bath. Celebrate Filipino American Heritage Month with a heart-centered evening inspired by payapa, the Tagalog word for peace.

This gathering honors the balance between body, mind, and spirit — blending movement, rest, and the healing vibrations of sound to guide you home to yourself.

May we reconnect with our roots, our breath, and the peace that lives within.

Event starts promptly at 6:30 please arrive by 6:15 to get situated beforehand. Goodie Bags are INCLUDED. Mat and blankets are provided, but you are more than welcome to bring your own to feel the most comfortable.
Dress in something you can stretch and feel warm in.
