Set against the historical backdrop of Charleston and the intentionally designed and appointed Restoration Hotel, this experience will immerse your mind, body, and soul in a series of holistic sessions, including sound baths, gentle yoga, mindfulness, walking tours, community meals, and more. One slow weekend curated for a more intentional way of life.
