During this afternoon of returning to self love we will:
~connect with our inner selves, releasing what no longer serves our highest good and bring in energies to help release blockages that are preventing the connection of love and your authentic self.
~learn breathing techniques to bring you back to the present moment helping to reduce stress and bring a deeper peace within.
~Learn how to ground and receive beneficial Earth energy, and to release old stuck energy from your system and transmute it.
During this profoundly rejuvenating afternoon you will be surrounded by the majestic and infinitely grounding energy of the forest to allow for the deep integration of energy, be guided through two deeply transformative healing experiences that will help you connect more intimately to divine love, your authentic self and help you move forward on your spiritual path, enjoy the vibrational healing effects of Himalayan sound healing bowls and crystal singing bowls, connect with others of like mind and heart while enjoying organic vegetarian snacks and good conversation.
Space is limited to allow for a more intimate experience.
Saturday February 14th, 1-4pm or
Sunday February 15th from 1-4pm
Fee: $75, non refundable and non-transferable due to the limited spaces available.
Location: 380 blindline road, rosslyn, on. P7k0r7 surrounded by nature in a beautiful ten acre forest to help deepen your healing and learning experience and integrate the energies more fully.
Please bring anything you wish to be comfortable. A yoga mat, a favourite blanket and pillow as well as a journal and pen for writing your experiences, we also have blankets and pillows available for your use, snacks, Tea, spring water and organic chocolate will be provided.
