At Wholesome, we believe food is best when shared and that’s exactly

what our Journey Through Italy Workshop is about , you’ll work in

pairs, cook side by side, and discover the fun of community-style

cooking. Some ingredients are pre-prepped to keep things easy, so

you can focus on what matters most: cooking a little, dining a little,

and meeting like-minded food lovers.

✨ What you’ll do in pairs :

• Pizza Dough from Scratch: Learn the art of making authentic pizza

dough from kneading to shaping. Each participant takes home their

own dough to ferment overnight (12-hour proof), while a pre-made

dough will be provided in class for rolling and baking fresh pizzas.

• Pizza Ingredient Bar: Craft your own pizzas with a wide array of

vegetarian and non-vegetarian toppings. Explore flavor combinations

and discover different styles of pizza with guidance from the chef.

• Classic Italian Pizza Sauce Demo: A live chef-led demo of a

traditional community-style Classic Pizza sauce, with insights into

the many variations that can also transform your pizzas.

• Chef’s Special Italian Salad: Learn the art of building and plating a

beautiful, refreshing side salad to complement your pizza.

• Tiramisu Making: Work in pairs to prepare your own mascarpone

cream and then plate tiramisu in a modern, stylish way using premade

savoiardi and mascarpone.

This workshop is perfect for food lovers, groups , friends, or couples

learning, and indulging.
