Join us for a transformative yearlong journey into the depths of the unconscious mind, mythology and creativity.
In this series of monthly gatherings, we will dive deep into the exploration of dreams and the unconscious and create an ongoing dream journal, anchored in the principles of Jungian psychology and enriched by a variety of creative practices, including art, collage, clay, writing, poetry, theatre and active imagination.
Drawing inspiration from mythology and archetypal imagery, we'll journey into the rich symbolism of dreams, unlocking hidden insights and personal revelations from the depths of the unconscious. We will explore universal themes and motifs that resonate across cultures and civilizations, tapping into the timeless wisdom encoded in ancient stories and legends.
Whether you're a seasoned dream explorer or new to the practice, this offering is designed to nurture your creative spirit, deepen your self-awareness, and foster meaningful connections with others on a similar path of exploration and discovery.
This is a space where you can unleash your imagination, unlock insights from the unconscious, and cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your dreams. No prior experience with dream work or creative expression is necessary – all are welcome to join us on this inspiring journey of self-discovery, mythic exploration, and transformation.
Central to our journey will be the practice of keeping a dream journal. Participants are encouraged to bring their own journal to each session, using it as a sacred space for recording dreams, reflections, and creative insights. Through weekly input and engagement with the journal, we'll cultivate a deeper connection to our dreams and develop the practice of dream journaling as a powerful tool for self-exploration and growth.
