A Journey Into the Heart
An evening of breathwork, tantra & heart songs
Come join us for a transformative evening where breath, body and voice become pathways into your own heart.
We begin with a powerful breathwork session accompanied by a live sound journey, letting the music guide you deep into your body and beyond your everyday mind.
From there we move into a tantra workshop, exploring presence, connection and the alive energy that lives within you and between us.
We close the evening together in song – simple, beautiful heart songs that need no experience or training. Just your voice, your heart, and the voices around you.
Your facilitators:
Tomas is a sound-healer and musician who has spent years traveling, studying and living in India, Thailand and Spain. He has been leading singing-circles and kirtan for many years across Sweden and internationally. His gift is creating music that opens hearts and invites everyone to sing.
Katie is a yoga teacher, ayurveda practitioner and breathwork facilitator with over ten years of experience holding spaces for personal growth and deep inner work. She works with shadow work and embodiment, helping people meet the parts of themselves they have kept hidden and come back home to their bodies. She has led workshops and events within tantra, authentic relating, Celtic shamanism and spirituality – guiding people to dive into their inner worlds and connect more fully with themselves and others.
