This retreat is a gathering for those who feel called to do the inner work: to explore the inherited patterns and burdens carried across generations, to reconnect with the wisdom already living inside you, and to walk away with real tools for lasting change.

This is a weekend of gentle, deep work — held in a quiet relaxing tree populated environment in Fair Oaks, with a small community of like-minded people.

Over two days, you’ll be guided through a curated flow of experiential practices designed to support you in:

• Gaining awareness of ancestral and relational patterns that may be quietly shaping your life
• Releasing inherited burdens that are no longer yours to carry
• Reconnecting to your body, your breath, and your sense of self
• Receiving practical tools to shift limiting behaviors and beliefs
• Experiencing community, music, and the grounded joy of being in flow

Info: Saturday — Deep Work & Connection Move through a full day of healing: Meditation with Ann, morning T’ai Chi with Ron, a guided Shamanic Journey with Deborah, a Family Constellations session with Ana Maria, and free time to integrate. At day’s end, expect music, stories, and the kind of joy that brings people together.

Sunday — Integration & Closing Begin gently with T’ai Chi and morning meditation. Move through an NLP session with Ana Maria focused on shifting limiting patterns and behaviors. Generative trance. Closing circle to share a sentence that embodies your experience, and a final song from Ron to carry your insights home.
