This is a LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own international flight arrangements from your perspective airport city. When scheduling your flight, you should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Accra, Ghana Airport “airport code: ACC” on DECEMBER 27, 2025. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on DECEMBER 26, 2025. You should also schedule your departure flight for JANUARY 5, 2026 from Accra, Ghana Airport “airport code: ACC.

Cancellation Policy
📍Traveler has 21 days to cancel from the date of deposit to cancel for a full refund. All payment paid after the 21st day is forfeited. Traveler is encouraged to purchase trip insurance.
Itinerary as well as general information about the selected country, hotel, roommate assignment, COVID 19 testing, etc. will be emailed to you 30-45 days in advance to plan your free time.
Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before June 27, 2025.
Single Occupancy = 1 person in a room; Double Occupancy – 2 persons in a room and each person pays the double occupancy rate.
Check if you need to update your passport (Must be valid for more than 6 months from your travel dates).
Obtain your Visa (Must be purchased prior to arrival)
Obtain your Covid-19 Vaccine: All persons 18 years-old and above arriving in Ghana will be required to provide evidence of full vaccination for a COVID-19 vaccine. Citizens of Ghana and foreign residents who are not fully vaccinated, will, however, need to provide a negative PCR test result no more than 48-hours old, and will undergo an antigen test upon arrival in Ghana.
Check vaccination requirements; yellow fever is a required vaccine required for US citizens visiting Ghana.

* You don’t like crowds or festivals. We will be attending two of the hottest festivals in Ghana, so if this isn’t your thing, this trip may not be for you.
* You aren’t into cultural experiences, there will be several opportunities where we will need to be mindful and respectful of local customs and traditions.

Photograph:
The application should be submitted with one(1) standard passport size photograph taken full face on a plain background within six months of the date of application without dark glasses or hat.
* Passport Photo Requirements:
* Must be a recent colour photo taken within the last six months and printed in colour.
* Background must be white or off-white in colour.
* Must be facing forwards and looking straight at the camera.
* Must have a plain expression and your mouth closed.
* Must have your eyes open and visible.
* Must not have hair in front of your eyes.
* Must not have a head covering (unless it's for religious or medical reasons)/ Must not have anything covering your face.
