A Jazzy Holiday Celebration: VENDORS WANTED

Join us for a "Jazzy Holiday Celebration” on December 19th at 12 noon at the Porter Sanford III Performing Arts & Community Center in Decatur, GA, featuring bassist Edwin Williams & Friends.

Terms and Conditions:

• Vendors are responsible for any losses or damages related to their items and must indemnify Jazz Matters Inc.
• Jazz Matters Inc. will take measures to protect vendor property but is not liable for any losses or injuries.
• Food vendors must provide a Business License, Safe Service Certification, and Proof of Insurance.

Event Details:

• Venue: Porter Sanford Performing Arts & Community Center, 3181 Rainbow Drive, Decatur, GA 30034.
• Date: Thursday, October 19, 2024, from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m.
• Vendor Spaces: Approx. 10' x 10', with a fee of $50. Vendors must supply their own setup materials. Space Assignments:First come, first served based on contract and payment date.
• Vendor Fee: $50.00
• Payments: Due by December 16, 2024.
• Cancellation: Full refunds if the event is canceled by Jazz Matters Inc.
• Parking: Free parking available.
• Vendor Set-Up: 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the event day. Doors open at 11 a.m.
