We will have a reasoning/conversation on Maat and its 7 kore principles and how do we incorporate it into our everyday lives (Order, Balance, Reciprocity, Truuth, RightTrustness, Justice and Harmony). A heart to heart no Judgement. As light as a feather.

We will participate in Kemet Yoga and Meditation, A Lite Lunch, The Anatomy of Yoga Presentation, A Testimony about doing Kemet Yoga for 2 Years Straight and eating 66% less food thruu 2025, Tai Chi/Chi Gong for International Tai Chi/Chi Gong Day, Sealing Remarks Q&A.
