AIRS. is an offering designed to help you use your yoga practice as a form of therapy for your mental, physical, and spiritual health so that you can Alleviate yourself, Integrate your practice into your day-to-day life, Restore your physical and energetic body, Surrender your mind, body, and spirit.A typical AIRS. class, supported by sound frequencies throughout, would look something like this: Grounding into your space through a guided cognitive breathwork meditation, Invitation for movement once you’ve consciously connected to your breath, Guidance into a series of gentle and restorative yoga postures you have the option to intuitively flow through or surrender into, A Closing Sound Bath Meditation.
This offering is meant for every body, and modifications, props, and any additional support or adjustments that may be needed for your comfort and accessibility are welcome and encouraged. Mats, props, and blankets are provided, and you’re encouraged to bring anything with you that you feel might make your practice more enjoyable such as a pillow and blanket of your own, an eye mask for savasana (the final resting pose we’ll take for our closing sound bath meditation), or any other personal items you choose to welcome into your practice like journals, crystals, cards, oils, etc. Come as you are, be as you may. No experience is required. All-levels and experiences are loved, welcome and encouraged.
