Welcome to A Hybrid Competition hosted by Iron DNA Fitness!
Heats will start at 7:30AM, and your heat time will be sent to you 1 week beforehand.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your heat time to check in.
THE FASTEST MALE/ FEMALE TIMES WILL WIN $500 CASH!

Weight standards will be as follows:
- Male Sled Push: 255lbs
- Female Sled Push: 200lbs
- Male Sled Pull: 218lbs
- Female Sled Pull: 163lbs
- Male Sandbag Lunges: 40lbs
- Female Sandbag Lunges: 20lbs
- Male Wallballs: 14lbs
- Female Wallballs: 10lbs
