Guided by our expert instructor, you’ll try a curated selection of premium loose-leaf teas, herbs, and botanicals and create your own.
About this Event

'Tis the season to slow down, gather close, and create something by hand. Join us for an immersive holiday tea blending class designed to spark creativity, connection, and a new appreciation for the ritual of tea. Guided by our expert instructor, Owner of Symphony of Leaves Tea, Renee Rubens, you'll explore a curated selection of premium loose-leaf teas, herbs, and botanicals while learning the fundamentals of flavor pairing and balance, just in time for the holiday season.

In this class, each guest will:

• Learn the history of tea and the difference between true teas and herbals, and how that distinction shapes flavor, caffeine content, and blending
• Taste and compare three different base teas and natural ingredients sourced from around the world
• Learn all about the tea industry and simple techniques to design your own signature blends
• Handcraft two bespoke tea blends to package and take home, whether to keep for cozy nights in or wrap up as one-of-a-kind holiday gifts

Whether you're a tea enthusiast or simply looking for a unique hands-on experience this season, this class offers a refreshing way to slow down, sip thoughtfully, learn something new, and create something truly your own, or something truly thoughtful to give.
