A HOLDING SPACE: SEXUAL TRAUMA SUPPORT GROUP

The 90-minute meetings are open to women aged 18 years and older. They are free. They take place on the last Wednesday of each month from 7.30pm – 9pm at Alliance Counselling Office (Cluny Court)
This is an open group comprising of women with a shared experience of being sexual assault survivors and a common intention of building a community of hope and support. These meetings provide a holding space for survivors to be seen and heard, build safe and healthy connections within a community of support, and explore issues related to surviving sexual abuse.
