This enchanting afternoon begins with Leroy Anderson’s Christmas Festival Overture, a vibrant medley of carols that will fill your heart with holiday cheer.
Then the Dearborn Symphony brings to life Raymond Briggs’ The Snowman, accompanying the beloved short film with Howard Blake’s original score. Follow young James and his snowman on an unforgettable journey through a wintry wonderland, with the music beautifully capturing the imagination, innocence, and wonder of childhood.
Continue to experience the wonder of the holidays through the music of Alan Silvestri’s Suite from Polar Express, where the magic of childhood dreams comes alive in a score that is both thrilling and nostalgic. Join in the fun with a spirited holly jolly sing-along and keep an eye out for a special visit from Santa Claus himself, spreading joy and warmth to all.
