This eight-week series will go in-depth and explore each of the seven main chakras of the body.Are you on a journey to heal yourself on a mental, physical, emotional, and energetic level? Cindy Guerrero, Shaman, LCSW, RYT 200, will be discussing causes of imbalances, techniques to promote self-healing, and how to integrate these self-healing practices into your daily life for overall well-being. You are welcome to join any or all sessions in the series.
