Capturing John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr in their electrifying element, ‘A Hard Day’s Night’ is a wildly irreverent journey through this pastiche of a day in the life of The Beatles during 1964. The band have to use all their guile and wit to avoid the pursuing fans and press to reach their scheduled television performance, in spite of Paul’s troublemaking grandfather and Ringo’s arrest.
Screening in partnership with @pepperlandyeg - an Edmonton rock & roll band founded in 2011, specializing in the music of The Beatles.

Rather than approaching the project as impersonators, the group celebrates the music and the spirit of The Beatles—and what might have been had The Beatles resumed touring into the 1970s and beyond. From theatres and festivals, to casinos and nightclubs, to theme parties and private events – Pepperland continues to bring this iconic music to a wide range of stages across Alberta… and the vibe is always fun, friendly, and ‘Fab’. Celebrating 15 years on stage in 2026!
