A Happier Neck
Ever woken up with a stiff neck? Ouch!
Do you experience discomfort in your neck when you lie on your front or look up at the sky? Is your work at the computer a pain in the neck?
For many of us these are everyday issues which make life less pleasant, and movements such as reverse parking a daily trial.
We have very heavy heads, and our necks are very mobile. This means it’s easy to overuse the muscles and strain the joints of the cervical spine by forgetting to connect the movements of turning and bending the head, or looking up and down, through more of ourselves.
In this workshop we’ll look at how to take the strain off your neck and maintain or regain happier more comfortable movement.
