A Hall for All Specialists Meet-Up

Acland Burghley School have embarked an ambitious project to return our Grade II listed Brutalist Assembly Hall to its original vision – a world-class heritage, arts and performance space for our students and the local community. The exceptional space will also be home to the Museum of Brutalist Architecture (MoBA).

This Hall for All event will take place between 4.00pm and 6.30pm; feel free to join us when you can:

4.00 - 5.00pm: Guests are invited to watch the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment’s rehearsal of the Brandenburg Concertos. Bach's groundbreaking 'Six Concertos for several instruments' puts the collective virtuosity of the OAE in the spotlight.

5.00 - 6.30pm: Drinks and canapés will be served and Headteacher Nicholas John, a representative from the OAE and from Urban Learners who are leading on the development of MoBA will speak about our Brutalist heritage and the Hall for All project. You will also have a chance to see the new MoBA display.
