This training is intended for your front line church staff that answers calls or works directly with those seeking assistance from your church. This could include missions teams, benevolence committees, church staff members and volunteers. The training will provide information on local resources, benevolence, tools and resources to help with your outreach ministry. Everyone that attends will also receive an electronic copy of our Guide to Poverty Reduction for the Faith Community filled with all this information and more.
