A Global Appeal For Peace & Justice in the Congo

Trinity United Church of Christ (Trinity UCC) is excited to announce a Global Town Hall focused on Peace and Justice for the Congo; scheduled for Saturday, October 26 th at 1:30 pm. The event will occur at Trinity UCC, located at 400 W. 95th Street, Chicago, IL 60628. This important gathering will welcome the Basandja Coalition delegation from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), who will share their insights and experiences regarding the ongoing challenges faced in their homeland.
Join us for an enlightening conversation that urges the faith community to utilize its moral authority in calling for peace and justice for the sons and daughters of the Congo. This town hall is an opportunity to hear directly from those impacted by the challenges in the DRC, fostering awareness and empathy within our community.
