A Gathering of Nerds!!Hey nerds!
I’m starting to plan our next Valley of the Nerds get together, and this one is going to be a little more laid back and social. Sweet River has allowed us to have it at their venue!
I’m thinking a Nerdy Mingle & Show-and-Tell.
The idea is simple. Bring a chair, bring a snack if you want, and bring something nerdy you love to share with the group.
It could be
🎲 Your favorite D&D dice set
📚 A fantasy book you love
🎮 A game you’re obsessed with
🧝♀️ A cosplay piece you’re working on
🧙♂️ A prop or mini you painted
🧠 A cool nerd fact or theory you want to talk about
Basically anything that makes your inner nerd happy.
Everyone will get a chance to talk about what they brought, and it’s a great way for us to get to know each other, discover new hobbies and fandoms, connect beyond just events.
This group is growing quickly, and I’d love to create more opportunities for us to actually hang out and meet each other.
